C'est sous cette perspective que l'on tentera de mettre a jour les enjeux qui ont préside à la structuration d'un sport fédéral officiel et à la genèse lente et contrariée d'un haut niveau "sans nom". En se rapprochant du terrain sportif, on décomposera tout ce qui participe à la construction de la question du jeu. Le prisme complexe de la raison nationale et fédérale a défini intimement le sens du jeu et de la pratique pour produire un "jeu à la française", en dépit des sanctions répétées de la confrontation internationale et des enseignements de source américaine. rapidement contrôlée par l'intervention de l état, la détermination d'une compétence technique et d'un corps d entraîneurs sera affectée de façon décisive par ce clivage fondamental. plus nettes a partir des années 1960, la professionnalisation souterraine de la pratique compétitive et la préformation d'un marche concurrentiel vont heurter les conceptions dominantes fondées sur l'amateurisme et mettre en cause un dispositif fédéral résistant par l'arme réglementaire. Il s'agira ici de saisir les contradictions croissantes qui ont travaille un espace de la compétition de haut niveau dérégule et maintenu hors du droit commun. Le même processus de professionnalisation décrit, enfin, l'autonomisation du secteur de haut niveau. Les luttes institutionnelles pour le contrôle légitime de son administration ont été permanentes et restent vives entre l'actuelle ligue (lnb), mise en place sous tutelle en 1987, et l'instance fédérale. Under this point of view, we will try to bring to light the problematics which have presided over the structuration of an official federal sport and of the slow and opposed genesis of a nameless high level. drowing near to sport field, we will decompose what contributed to the construction of the game's question. The complex prism of the national and federal see reason has defined intimately the sense of the game and of the practice, and this produced a "game in the french way", in spite of the consequences of the international confrontation and lessons of american way of playing. rapidly controlled by state's intervention, the formation of a technical proficiency and a coache's corps will decisively be affected by this fundamental gulf. stronger from the sixties, the underground professionnalisation of the practice and the preformation of a competitive market will shock the outstanding conceptions based on amateurism and question a federal system which offers resistance thanks to the regulation weapon. We will try here to seize the increasing contradictions which upseted a deregulated and out common law high competition's space. the same professionnalisation processus finaly denotes the autonomisation of the high level sector. the institutional clashes for a lawful control of its administration have been continuous and they are still warm between the actual league (lnb), founded under the federation's wing, and this one. the growing pressures of the economical aspect and of the international level (european championship, nba) indicate one coming reconfiguration of the federal space : the structuration remains uncompleted | ||
